The law firm has moved into approx. 770 sqm in a prime location directly at Stephansplatz and received design and fit-out support from B.Complete, for which Modesta Real Estate acts as a partner for Vienna and the surrounding area.

The office building on the corner of Rotenturmstrasse and Stephansplatz offers Fieldfisher Rechtsanwälte not only a prestigious address, but also perfect local amenities and excellent public transport connections with all the conveniences that the heart of Vienna has to offer.  

The full-service law firm employs 1,800 people in 12 countries. The newly opened office in the center of Vienna is the 26th office location worldwide with which Fieldfisher has strengthened its international presence as part of a comprehensive expansion strategy into Austria. 

In a spacious 770 sqm office on the 5th floor, the law firm consists of a total of 5 partners, a director and 5 lawyers and employs a total of 30 attorneys. For an attractive overall package, the landlord committed to adapting the office space to a high standard and making it ready for occupancy in order to meet the specific requirements of the law firm.

The implementation of the required overall package was carried out entirely by the award-winning Viennese start-up B.Complete.
