Vienna - JPS Personalverrechnungs GmbH was looking for a new office location in a central location. With the support of Modesta Real Estate, the company has now found what it was looking for in the "ECO 5" office building.

As of April 1, 2023, JPS Personalverrechnungs GmbH will move into an office of over 300 m2 in "ECO 5" (1050 Vienna). The efficient office building with modern architecture offers its tenants a variable space concept with natural lighting as well as innovative, sustainably implemented building services. As Office Hero of B.Complete in the region of Vienna & surroundings, Modesta Real Estate was also able to arrange a competent partner for the furnishing of the newly rented premises. With a subscription model for office furniture and technology, an optimal solution for the company's needs was thus integrated into the deal.
