Vienna - Modesta Real Estate supports the Federal Agency for Reception and Support Services (BBU) in its search for a new business location.

At the beginning of the year, the BBU was able to move into its new location in the Carré Lassalle in the 2nd district of Vienna. The Federal Agency for Reception and Support Services will carry out its activities on approximately 2,000 m2 from now on. The deal was already completed in December 2020 by Andreas Polak-Evans, SIOR.
