At the end of June Modesta Real Estate was able to sell a commercial property in Gewerbestraße 10, 2354 Wiener Neudorf. GS10 with a total site area of 4,200 sqm with a 1,830 sqm warehouse and 400 sqm of office space will change hands in July 2017. The current owner, the investor group Bena, has sold the property to a car dealer Bruckberger. “We are very happy that Bena had the confidence in Modesta Real Estate again and we are looking forward to a further successful cooperation.
