From 12 to 15 March the MIPIM will take place once again this year at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. The MIPIM is a 4-day real estate event where the most influential players from all sectors of the international real estate industry meet. It brings together the entire value chain (investors, developers, architects, etc.) and gives unsurpassed access to the greatest number of development projects and sources of capital worldwide.

This year, MIPIM's "30th Edition" will feature more than 100 conferences and over 26,000 visitors, including more than 5,400 investors and 3,800 CEOs from around the world. 

Modesta Real Estate will also be represented at this event by Sebastian Scheufele, SIOR (managing partner and longtime SIOR member). For him, the attendance at MIPIM starts with the event EUROLOGIX (Europe's Premiere Networking Event For The Logistics World), followed by numerous other appointments. The SHEDMASTERS TALKING BUSINESS event, which Mr Scheufele will also attend, is – together with EUROLOGIX - one of the most important in the logistics & industrial real estate sector. By personal invitation, the who-is-who of the international industry from UK, Europe and America will be represented at these two events. The SIOR reception for members on the yacht "MY Superfun" will provide a nice conclusion to this 4-day event.
