Žilina, Slowakei – Modesta Real Estate konnte die slowakische Niederlassung des amerikanischen Großkonzerns Lionbridge erfolgreich bei der Neuverhandlung ihres bestehenden Mietvertrages unterstützen.

Modesta Real Estate was assigned to advise the company Lionbridge Slovakia s.r.o. on the renewal and renegotiation of their existing lease agreement in Žilina (Central Slovakia). As part of the consultation, the overall rental and operating costs were reduced, and the existing office space was downsized from 3 to 2 floors as requested by the client. The newly negotiated contract was concluded with a duration of 5 years and the best possible rental terms for Lionbridge. The company currently rents approx. 1,300 sqm in a city center office building with excellent access to the public transport network and optimal accessibility for their customers.
