Bratislava, Slovakia - Modesta Real Estate has successfully mediated a 1,000 sqm office space in Bratislava to the Institute of National Remembrance (ÚPN). The government institution moved into its new location in the Miletičova 21 office building as of November 2023.

The Institute of National Remembrance (ÚPN) is one of the youngest institutions in Slovakia and has been active since May 1st, 2003. For its new office location, it was particularly important for the Institute to find an office that fully meets its requirements and is available as soon as possible.

Together with Modesta Real Estate, ÚPN finally succeeded in finding a suitable location at Miletičova 21. The building is completely renovated, isolated and air-conditioned and offers a flexible space concept at favorable price conditions as well as the possibility of sufficient employee and customer parking spaces directly in front of the building. ÚPN's new office is located in a lively district of Bratislava near the Apollo Bridge and the Prístavný Bridge and unites an excellent transport connection with a well-developed infrastructure including restaurants, stores for daily needs and various service providers and institutions such as banks and insurance companies.

The Miletičova 21 office building was able to meet the requirements in terms of the office layout and the immediate proximity to the institute's archive. The landlord's customer-friendly approach completed the overall package of the location.
