Since May 2021, Felix Lanzerstorfer has been the newest member of the Modesta Real Estate team and is now responsible for leasing and advising in the industrial and logistics real estate sector.

Born in Salzburg, Felix started his career in the real estate industry in 2014 and most recently worked in project development for one of Salzburg's leading residential property developers. In February 2022, he will start a part-time Master's programme in "Real Estate Management and Property Valuation" at the Vienna University of Technology. 

In the past six months, Felix has already gained experience in industrial investments and office properties at Modesta Real Estate and is from now on the first contact person for industrial and logistics property lettings.
