Linz, Austria - Modesta Real Estate successfully accompanied the sale of a former company building of the international cosmetics group Coty to a local investor. 

The property is located in the southwestern part of Linz in the district of Kleinmünchen close to the A7 Mühlkreis highway and is situated on a site of approximately 5,130 sqm. The property is divided into two buildings, with office space as well as storage and showroom areas. The usable space of the property totals about 3,000 sqm. Numerous well-known companies are located in the immediate vicinity, as well as a large number of local suppliers and retailers. 

Prior to the sale, the property served the well-known cosmetics brand "Wella" as a studio and business location for many years. During the course of the sale, the company relocated to Vienna.
