Vienna - The sale of a former company location of Kiepe Electric Ges.m.b.H., with which Modesta Real Estate was commissioned in May 2021, was successfully completed at the end of 2021.

The building, in the Ignaz-Köck-Straße, 1210 Vienna, which was constructed in 2004 has served Kiepe 

Electric as a production site for many years prior to the sale. On a property of more than 4,000 m²,
