Vienna - Modesta Real Estate recently mediated a new company location for Pfisterer Austria. The long-established company operating in the energy infrastructure sector will relocate its Vienna headquarters to the 21st district.

On a total area of nearly 1,800 sqm, the Austrian business activities of Pfisterer GmbH will in future be carried out from a new location - in Czeija-Nissl-Gasse in the 21st district. The commercial property includes 400 sqm of office space, approx. 1,400 sqm of storage space, equipped with sectional doors and an overhead crane, as well as sufficient parking spaces directly on the site.

"The new location offers a variety of advantages for the customer. One of these is certainly the very accessible location directly at the A22 Donauufer motorway as well as being close to the S-Bahn (suburban railway). The location in the centre of a busy business park at the city limits also provides an optimal infrastructure.
