The successful "Buy Now Pay Later" payment platform Payla simplifies payment transactions for their customers and supports them in planning invoices and installment payment plans. Expanding from Germany to Austria, the company was looking for a centrally located, modern headquarters in Vienna. The location in the E-Zone in the 2nd district, which Modesta Real Estate was exclusively commissioned to sublet, was able to meet all of these requirements.
