Vienna - The DMV medien & verlags GmbH recently moved into its new offices in Franzenbrückenstraße in the 2nd district, the deal was accompanied by Antonia Vrcic, B.A., Modesta Real Estate.

The DMV publishing house is a familiar name, especially to players in the real estate industry. The magazine Immobilien Investment, for example, is one of the most important sources of information among decision-makers from the real estate sector and its associated industries. In the international trade magazine Austria Europe's Heart, the DMV publishing house reports on Austria as a business area and the location magazine property market vienna focuses on the city of Vienna as a business and real estate location. Other well-known media of the publishing house are CC News in a daily newspaper format or the magazine kommunen der Zukunft, which is published in cooperation with the Austrian Association of Cities and Towns. 

Modesta Real Estate has been working closely with the publishing house for many years. The new location of DMV in the 2nd district of Vienna offers generous development space for the ambitious media publisher on approximately 240 sqm.
