Portland, Oregon – Twice a year the SIOR World Conference brings together commercial property specialists from all over the world to discuss current trends and developments in the international commercial property market.

After the successful Spring Conference last April in Washington, D.C., the members of the American professional organization will meet at the renowned Hilton Hotel Portland from October 17 to 19, 2019. Andreas Polak-Evans, SIOR and Sebastian Scheufele, SIOR will take advantage of the excellent opportunity for a mutual exchange of views with other SIOR members from all over the world.

The three-day conference program offers insights into international sector-specific and economic developments, presented by experts, entrepreneurs and consultants. This year's SIOR Fall World Conference will be opened by Ben Stein , a well-known actor and a former speechwriter for two US presidents. Among the guest speakers will be Martin Lindstrom, an expert regarding data development, who will talk about the future of data processing and customer communications. Furthermore, the Harvard University professor, Vikram Mansharamani , will also present strategies for predicting trends and market developments at an early stage. Talks and discussions concerning the future opportunities and challenges posed by global cities or the latest opportunities for real estate marketing via online platforms will round off the conference program.
