Munich - This year's Expo Real, from October 4 to 6 at the Munich Trade Fair Center, is once again a fixed part of the real estate industry's calendar. Modesta Real Estate will be represented with a team of five at Europe's largest trade fair at booth A1.230 (Savills).

Key topics in the trade fair program include inflation, interest rate policy, ESG requirements and the overall economic situation. The two Modesta Real Estate Managing Partners Sebastian Scheufele, SIOR and Andreas Polak-Evans, SIOR as well as their colleagues Felix Lanzerstorfer, BA, Antonia Vrcic, MA and Sascha Gutmann, BSc are also looking forward to the interactive exchange and discussion with other industry representatives - and there will be plenty of them again in 2022. 

Every year, Expo Real brings together the entire value chain of the real estate industry: From project developers and managers to investors, real estate brokers, architects and planners. With around 40,000 participants from over 70 countries, this year's Expo Real will once again be the central hub for market participants from all over the world.
