In 2019, the European Real Estate Institute (EUREB-Institute) once again distinguished the top companies in the European real estate industry. For the tenth year in a row, the most extensive empirical study on the brand value evaluation of the leading companies in the sector was carried out. The independent study provides market participants with detailed key figures on strategic orientation and competitive differentiation. 

As part of the brand value study, more than 91,000 industry experts are surveyed annually on over 1,600 corporate brands. In Austria, more than 7,000 industry experts gave their assessments of over 150 companies.

In the "Brokers" category, Modesta Real Estate came in 9th, making it one of the top 10 real estate brokers in Austria. The ranking takes into account indicators such as the power of innovation, investment advisory expertise and the intention of the existing clients to use the broker again.
