Modesta Real Estate was able to facilitate the sale of the former Austrian production plant of Parker, a leading producer of drive and control technologies, to an Austrian investor. The former Parker building with a total area of approx. 19.670,00 m² is situated in the North of Wiener Neustadt with excellent connections to public transportation. The building offers a production and storage area with a total of approx. 4,350.93 m² and modern office spaces with a total surface of approx. 1,263.65 m².
