Vienna/ Stockerau - Flexiparks has recently started construction of Flexiparks Vienna North in Stockerau. The approximately 10,000 m2 development site on which the modern business park is being built was mediated by Modesta Real Estate.

Already at the end of 2019, Modesta Real Estate has been commissioned to search for a suitable site for the development of a modern business park. At the beginning of 2020, a matching property that fulfilled all of Flexiparks' requirements could be offered in the north of Vienna. In the meantime, after signing the purchase contract and obtaining a building permit, construction of the park could already begin. 

Austria's first Flexipark is being built on an approximately 10,000 m2 plot at the A22 Stockerau Ost motorway exit, just a few kilometres north of the Vienna city limits. Flexiparks Vienna North is being constructed in a busy business area, directly opposite the central warehouse of Hofer KG. Other company headquarters and a large number of local suppliers additionally provide the location with an attractive infrastructure.
