For the third time in succession, Modesta Real Estate was able to advise Cisco Systems on the negotiations for the lease extension. Among other things, an upgrade of the entire cooling technology, the complete modernization of the lift lobbies and the entire entrance area were negotiated. Since its completion in 2001, Cisco Systems has had its headquarters in the Millennium Tower. At the moment the company occupies an area of approx. 1,400 m². "We have been accompanying Cisco Systems for 15 years now. We are very pleased that they have placed their trust in us for such a long time. This time we were again able to successfully optimize and extend the contract by five years," says Andreas Polak-Evans, SIOR and managing partner of Modesta Real Estate.
