Vienna - Modesta Real Estate exclusively accompanied and managed the structured bidding process for Siemens AG Austria.

The approximately 24,000 m2 "Bauplatz Plaza" at Siemensstrasse 88 is located directly adjacent to the Siemens AG headquarters "Siemens City Vienna" in the 21st district. It was recently sold to the investor Dr. Anton Bondi de Antoni through a structured bidding process. A total of three buildings are planned on the site, including an office building and a hotel and accommodation facility. In conjunction with the Siemensstrasse 87-89 which is located directly across the street, a harmonious overall concept comprising a total of six hubs is to be created under the name "Project 21". 

In the vicinity of the site are the locations of several renowned technology and research companies, such as the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT), the TechBase Science Park Vienna and the RailTecArsenal. The Siemensstraße S-Bahn station directly adjacent to the property provides optimal public transport connections to the city center and Vienna International Airport.
